About Our Unique Space
It all started with a dream! For years, Jennifer talked about a retreat; spa like; a breathtaking spot that would soothe the soul! A place for friends and family, or small groups to meet and unwind. It had to be unique, special…extraordinary!
In the summer of 2019, Jennifer was returning from a Girl’s Getaway at a friends cottage. It was the first time ever travelling along Highway 62 and through this beautiful countryside. The sky was blue, the sun shining bright and the tunes were adding to the awesomeness of the day. Then there it was… the For Sale sign caught her eye but it was the setting that called her. This was where the dream would unfold and four weeks later, in August, she signed on the dotted line and moved here in early December.
Jennifer and Greg were to be married June 20, 2020. We all know what happened that year! The void in the wedding planning allowed them to focus all their energy on Huntingdon House Boutique B & B. Huntingdon House sleeps up to 6 guests. Our grand open concept design allows you to have your own space but also room to gather and enjoy each others company in the privacy of your own unique wing of our home. Your space includes Ashley Hall, the Entertainment Loft with spa bathroom including Jacuzzi tub and the Primary Bedroom. Each of the three areas sleep two guests. WiFi is complimentary. Jennifer and Greg reside in the farmhouse, here to help you with anything you may need but your privacy is assured. In addition to your own private space, a shared main floor powder room is available in the entrance hall.
